Key belief (why Anewtrek exists): Anewtrek believes that our humanity has some catching up to do with our technology, and it starts with our core areas of growth.
Vision (what Anewtrek wants to become): To be one of the most significant, useful, and meaningful businesses in the areas of personal, professional, leadership, and business growth.
Mission (how Anewtrek will pursue it's vision): Anewtrek provides and guides people to priceless and timeless resources and knowledge, that help people and organizations better respond to life's guarantees, which include opportunities, challenges, and choices.
New knowledge helps us better manage opportunities and challenges, and make better choices. New knowledge comes from personal experience of trial and error over the years, or thinking about a situation, or learning from others. Learning from others can save us years of personal experience.
All core areas of growth have the same complete growth framework, with a foundation of strength, the art of purpose, and the science of momentum. All core areas of growth depend on, and build on, personal growth. Growth can be an improvement in quality, quantity, or both. Sometimes organization "growth" is best done by decreasing in size, depending on the population size of the people they serve.
Anewtrek is a for profit educational business, but is not an accredited education institution. Anewtrek is committed to helping people. The following three downloads are a good way to start any improvements.
The following files are completely free, computer fillable pdfs, no email required at this time.
These files are based on more than ten years of research of human potential and performance.
These files are designed to help anyone gain clarity on what they want, align their actions, and build meaning and significance.
The truth is, our natural abilities are natural opportunities, and when we build them up, we are more likely to find human-made opportunities.
Ultimately, we should not ask what the meaning of our life is, but rather, we must recognize that we are asked. Each person is questioned by life; and we can only answer to life by answering for our own life; to life we can only respond by being responsible (from the book Man's Search for Meaning by Dr. Viktor Frankl).
I believe there are guarantees in life including challenges, opportunities, and choices. I also believe there are shortcuts in life, in books that explain how to learn well, live wise, and love strong, without spending years of trial and error.

If you have not checked out my book Opportunity Truth you can see the table of contents, read the introduction, and most of the first chapter, free when you click on the button below then click on the book cover.
This is the book I wish I had studied when I was younger. This book is meant as an educational book. Not a reader? The end of each chapter has highlights. You could read all the chapter highlights in about an hour. Think reading nonfiction is boring? It has references to epic scenes from many popular movies that support the content in each chapter, to keep things entertaining.
Some of the more important parts of the book include how to increase willpower, set goals, be more productive, and communicate more effectively. The book also highlights some principles and tactics for professional, leadership, and business development, including innovation tips.
About Anewtrek's founder, Jason Anthony Krause... I believe our humanity has some catching up to do with our technology and it starts with personal growth. I believe love is undervalued, and the more we love the less laws we would need. The great tension is how to balance love and justice. I believe truth is our most valuable resource, because it allows us to make the best use of our time. I believe there are guarantees in life including opportunities, challenges, and choices. I believe gaining new knowledge helps us manage opportunities and challenges, and make better choices. I also believe there are shortcuts in life, including articles, books, videos, and podcasts, where experts share their "secrets" that can save us years of trial and error, but we still have to apply their principles, and do the work. I believe there are human made opportunities and natural opportunities (our abilities and skills).
I've had many challenges over the years and found myself reading a lot of books to help overcome these challenges. I eventually realized that there are at least 12 single skills or principles that each claim to be the one most important principle for success in life. I've always been an active thinker, so after a while of developing my own theories based on what has helped me, and principles from many experts, I self-published Opportunity Truth. It includes the complete growth framework and the Opportunity System, and I know it can help other people.
I was raised in a small town in the Midwest, and joined the military at 17 on the delayed entry program. A few weeks after graduating high school I was questioning whether I made the right decision, as I had an angry Drill Sergeant screaming at me. I stuck it out, mainly for a salary job with health benefits, four weeks paid vacation a year, a good retirement plan, and I thought it would be good to serve our country. I'm grateful for the experience, as I served with great men and women. I worked hard and was rewarded well, which motivated me, and I finished 23 years.
After my three years I went back home, got a couple part-time jobs, went to college full-time, and got an apartment with an old friend. After the first semester I had a reality check. My grades were terrible. I called up the recruiter and asked about coming back in the military, if I could keep my rank and get stationed in the U.S. He said he couldn't make any promises other than a monthly paycheck and health benefits. I told him to give me a call if he could get those in a contract. A couple months later he called and said I could keep my rank and get stationed in the U.S. so I joined back up.
I went on to retire from the Special Forces as a Warrant Officer 3, a planner and project manager. It was an honor to serve our country, and other countries. When I was younger, I never imagined I would have made a career out of the military, or made it into Special Forces, it just kind of happened, as I was open and willing to accept opportunities and challenges.
I gave my best physical years to the military and respected the golden rule. I believe our military members have great potential as they have proven a basic level of discipline. When I retired from the military, I thought I had the world figured out.
I went on to finish a business degree and became passionate about learning about business. It was no surprise to learn the most important factors in business, just like any organization, are the community leaders and the individual leaders, not funding, cash flow, timing, the idea or the team, these are all choices made by the community leaders and the individual leaders.
Shortly before finishing my degree I started having some significant health, relationship, and finance issues. This was one of the two most challenging seasons in my life, the other most challenging season of my life was going through a divorce about a year after losing our only child.
I've had many challenges over the years and found myself reading a lot of books to help overcome these challenges (well over 200 in the past 10 years since I submitted my military retirement papers). I have come to place a high value on self-education. I believe the information age is undervalued. There are many "secrets" waiting for you to find them in books, videos, and podcasts. Many very successful people are spending a lot of time creating content to help other people be successful.
