Key belief (why AnewTrek exists): AnewTrek believes that our humanity has some catching up to do with our technology, and our humanity depends mostly on our knowledge, our personal growth, and leadership growth. 

Vision (what AnewTrek wants to become): To be one of the most helpful and well known businesses in the areas of personal, professional, leadership, and business growth.

Mission (how AnewTrek will fulfill it's vision): AnewTrek provides and guides people to priceless and timeless resources and knowledge, that helps people and organizations better respond to life's guarantees, which include challenges, opportunities, and choices.

New knowledge helps us overcome challenges, increase opportunities, and make better choices. There are many experts who are sharing their "secrets" on how to overcome challenges, increase opportunities, and make better choices. 

All core areas of growth have the same Opportunity System, with a foundation of strength, the art of purpose, and the science of momentum. All core areas of growth depend on, and build on, personal growth. Growth can be an improvement in quality, an increase in quantity, or both. 

AnewTrek believes the key shared business values include courage, integrity, and caring. AnewTrek's core values are research and diligence. AnewTrek's aspirational values are humility and emotional intelligence.

About AnewTrek's founder, Jason Anthony Krause... I believe our humanity has some catching up to do with our technology and it starts with grace and truth and personal growth. I believe we are on earth to love each other, and grace is the first step. I believe truth is our most valuable resource, because it allows us to make the best use of our time. I believe there are guarantees in life including challenges, opportunities, and choices. I believe gaining new knowledge helps us overcome challenges, increase opportunities, and make better choices. I also believe there are shortcuts in life, including articles, books, videos, and podcasts, where experts share their "secrets" that can save us years of trial and error, but we still have to apply their principles, and do the work. I believe there are human made opportunities and natural opportunities (our abilities). I believe we can all love strong, learn well, and live wise, and it is not easy, but it is worth it.

I've had many challenges over the years including losing my only child, among others. I found myself reading a lot of books to help overcome these challenges. I eventually realized that there are at least 10 single principles or disciplines that each claim to be the one most important principle for success in life, however you define success. I've always been an active thinker, so after a while of developing my own theories based on what has helped me, and principles from many experts, I self-published Opportunity Truth, knowing it can help other people. 

I was raised in a small town in the Midwest, mostly by a single mother, God bless her. I volunteered to join the military at 17 for a salary job with 100% health benefits, four weeks paid vacation a year, a good retirement plan, and I thought it would be good to serve our country. I'm grateful for the experience, as I served with great men and women.

I went on to retire from the Special Forces as a planner and project manager. It was an honor to serve our country, and other countries. When I was younger, I never imagined I would have made a career out of the military, or made it into Special Forces, it just kind of happened, as I was open and willing to accept challenges and opportunities.

I gave my best physical years to the military and respected the golden rule. I believe our military members have great potential as they have proven a basic level of discipline. When I retired from the military, I thought I had the world figured out. I tried my first business and it did not work out so well, but it had a profound effect on me. 

I went on to finish a business degree and became passionate about learning about business. It was no surprise to learn the most important factor in business, just like any organization, is leadership, not funding, cash flow, timing, the idea or the team, these are all choices made by the leadership. I also came to the conclusion that all leaders are only as effective and efficient as their level of personal growth allows. 

Shortly before finishing my degree I started having some significant health, relationship, and finance issues. This was one of the two most challenging seasons in my life, the other most challenging season of my life was going through a divorce about a year after losing our only child. 

I've had many challenges over the years and found myself reading a lot of books to help overcome these challenges (well over 100 in the past 10 years since I submitted my military retirement papers). I have come to place a high value on self-education, or intentional self-directed learning. I believe the information age is undervalued.

I've always been active, and a thinker, so after a while of thinking about these most important principles, I developed my own theories and self-published Opportunity Truth which is mostly a research based educational book, with some experience.

Ultimately, we should not ask what the meaning of our life is, but rather, we must recognize that we are asked. Each person is questioned by life; and we can only answer to life by answering for our own life; to life we can only respond by being responsible (from the book Man's Search for Meaning by Dr. Viktor Frankl).

I believe there are guarantees in life including challenges, opportunities, and choices. I also believe there are shortcuts in life, in books that explain how to learn well, live wise, and love strong, without spending years of trial and error.
